How to make traditional Greek Coffee…

Pour enough cold water for number of cups required, into a coffee pot (‘Briki’) – alternatively use a small saucepan.
Add 1 – 2 heaped teaspoons of Loumidis Greek coffee per cup plus sugar if you like, stir well. Place Briki on stove top, heat slowly, once coffee boils, rises and starts to foam, remove from heat and serve.
